Why would I start a podcast?

I’m a podcast host and editor, and I want to help you launch your podcast. You don’t have to go it alone or be afraid of making mistakes. We all make them, but we can learn from each other along the way. My goal is to help you get started on your own podcast journey by sharing what I've learned over the last 5 years hosting my own show, interviewing hundreds of guests, growing as a host and editor, developing systems and processes for myself (and now others), and beginning to share what I've learned with others who are just getting started in this space. You'll learn from someone who has been where you are now - someone who has learned what works best for them in their process of launching a podcast and growing an audience around that show. You'll learn about tools that have helped me grow my show over time as well as tips on how to get started with your first episode today! There are many possible reasons to start a podcast. Maybe it’s about money. Maybe it’s about having a voice or shedding light on a critical issue. Maybe it’s to be popular or to have a chance to hang out with friends and have conversations with a purpose.

Whatever the reasons, there’s one thing you’ll always need to make sure you keep in mind.
